Upgrade history for PIE IN THE FACE.

Ver 1.4  Released Mar 1994
 - Noticed that the internal bonus levels were too high.  Some
   strong players stayed strong by wiping out weak players.  The
   bonus levels were reduced. New version of apie.exe

Ver 1.3 Released Feb 1994
 - Removed the cripples but left the unregistered messages in
   the program.  So ... enjoy playing the game.

Version 1.2  Released Feb 1994.
 - new version of APIE.EXE, PIEVENT.EXE, APIEVNT.CFG
 - fixed a bug in apie.exe with 'eating' a pie.
 - fixed a bug in pievent dealing with deleting old players and
   the daily bonus
 - Added a new option in the apievnt.cfg and pievent.exe file.  
   Created line 34 a new option to have the game automatically reset 
   on the 15th of each month.  If YES is in the field the game 
   will automatically reset. If NO the game will not.  A warning 
   messages is printed in the daily mail if YES has been selected.

Version 1.1  Released November 1993
- fixed some bugs related to scoring.  This is a needed upgrade
  so if you have apie running you should upgrade from version 1.0.
     - changed APIE.EXE & PIEVENT.EXE
     - To upgrade just overlay these 2 files over the old ones.
