PSA

    To install PSA, create a directory and unZIP all of the files into
this directory.  There MUST be two data files named PURE1000.DAT and
PUREEXT.DAT in the directory.  These files contain all the questions that
are used in PSA.   You will need to unZIP the file DATA.ZIP since this
contains the .DAT files.
