Bill to support PRB-1

Illinois House Bill 3730 would prohibit cities from enacting laws
failing to conform to PRB-1.  ARRL members in Illinois are
encouraged to contact their state representatives, including Speaker
of the House Michael J. Madigan, asking that they support with a
"yes" vote, Illinois House Bill 3730.  Details appear on BBS's
around the state under the heading "ALLIL".
