Patch for serv.exe -- FBB ver 5.15c

***** Change Msg header from FBB to W0RLI format *****

Whit program like PC Tools or Disk Editor by Norton you must
change the data like follow, remember this is valid ONLY
for English version:

On INIT.SRV file, directory \FBB, you must remove the header line
but leave only a return like follow:

The result is :

Old header:

R:941031/0615Z @:I5SGG.ITA.EURO #:63849

New header (4 byte less from previous format):

R:941031/1220z 63977@I5SGG.ITA.EURO

With this change you can help the packet network, because
you reduce your overlay for single Msg (up to -50% less).

I hope that all MailBox software authores will use this header
in the future version.

Remeber also to reduce, as you can, your Hierarchical address.
