To unpack this archive you have to:

	su
	mkdir /tcp
	cd /tcp
	gzip -d < wampes-940805.tar.gz | tar xvf -

After  unpacking  please read the file  /tcp/doc/intro.txt.  For RISC iX
you have to copy *.R to  /usr/lib.  Now type  "make -i" to  compile  and
install everything.

wampes-940805.tar.gz      is     available     in     the      directory
/hamradio/packet/tcpip/incoming  on  FTP.UCSD.EDU,  but it may have been
moved to the directory /hamradio/packet/tcpip/wampes.
