Getting Help

If you have a question or problem and you cannot find the information you need, you can send email to NCSA Technical Support at mosaic-win@ncsa.uiuc.edu. This can be accomplished via the Help ... Mail to Developers selection or your own mailer, as discussed above. However, you must check the following items first:

Make sure you are using the current version of NCSA Mosaic.
Check this user guide to be sure your question is not answered here.
Check the FAQs and known bugs list to be sure your question is not answered there. The NCSA Mosaic for Microsoft Windows Home Page (URL: http://www.ncsa.uiuc.edu/SDG/Software/WinMosaic/HomePage.html) contains hyperlinks to these documents

Please be patient -- we receive hundreds of messages each day.
