NCSA Mosaic for Microsoft Windows User's Guide
The size and placement of the document view window is completely customizable.
You can resize it any time by grabbing an edge or corner with the
Windows cursor and dragging that edge or corner to the desired location.
You can move the window by clicking on the title bar and dragging
the window to the desired location.
If you want NCSA Mosaic to automatically open the document view window
in the new location the next time the program is launched, select File
... Save Preferences. This will save the current window settings.
