Here are the settings for the Internet setup screens as found in
the OS/2 WARP 3.0 Internet kit.  If you have not set up a SLIP account
with Exec-PC, please call and do so before trying to enter any of this
information into the program.

Provider Name:         Exec-PC
Login ID:              The name you were given for your SLIP account
Password:              The password you chose for your SLIP account
Nickname:              Any name you want to give the SLIP connection
Phone Number:          Left Blank
Login Script:  **      EXECPC.CMD, which you recieved from Exec-PC

** NOTE:  You must put the proper parameters after the login script name.

Example:  X:\os2\EXECPC.CMD ATDT7894600 SLIPNAME SLIPPASS
Where ATDT7894600 is the command sent to the modem for dialing the phone
and   SLIPNAME is your chosen SLIP account name
and   SLIPPASS is your chosen SLIP password
