GUIDELINES FOR THE GEN-X NET

GEN-X NET is a new approach to the Network Mail Runs. If the following rules
are followed and adhered to GEN-X NET will offer you many hours of 
entertainment.

 1) You must be at least 18 years of age to READ and POST in the Adult 
    conferences.

 2) Freedom of speech to say what is on your mind as long as you refrain from
    slanderous remarks and flaming of other users.

 3) Posting of bitch messages and gripes about anything including life in
    general be limited to the Catch 22 conference.
 
 4) Posting of messages of Adult Nature in the general conferences is not
    permitted.

 5) Confessing or discussing any crime you have committed or plan to commit,
    or any other act considered a crime in accordance with local, state or
    federal laws will not be tolerated.

 6) In accordance with policies of Para E 1-5 your identity could and will be
    released, if required by any law enforcement agency.

 7) GEN-X Net represenatives and Network Sys-Ops are not responsible for any 
    arguments, legal actions, or releases of identity resulting from any 
    violation of Para E 1-5. GEN-X and it's represenatives are NOT LIABLE FOR
    ANY ACTIONS caused by you participation in the GEN-X network, and you are
    participating in GNE-X NET at you own risk.

 8) If you are found to be in any violation of the above posted rules, your
    access CAN and Will be denied thru out the Network. Attempts to conceal
    your TRUE IDENTITY during application will be consedered as hacking or
    fraud.

 9) The Sys-ops Only conference is for official net topics and is not to be 
    used as a general chit chat conference.

10) If you would like to see the addition of conferences or features bring 
    them to your Sys-Ops attention and have them forward the suggestions to
    the following people:
