RKROUTE update information

1.10 - 20 DEC 93

        1. Fixed a problem where bags coming through your system
           would not get the proper information added.

        2. Discovered that certain kind of ARC format bags were
           not being recognized by RKROUTE.  Added support for
           that bag, and also added code that will keep it from
           dying the next time a new kind of bag pops up.

        3. Fixed the commandline parsing which would only take
           lowercase characters.  Also added two new parameters
           for debuggging.  Here are the current parameters allowed:

           pkz1  - Use PKUNZIP 1.x
           debug - Display extra debug information.  Only useful
                   if you are having problems
           nodat - Inhibits update of RKROUTE.DAT.  Only useful
                   if you need to test things many times and
                   you don't want to kill the DAT file to re-scan
                   the mail bags.

        4. RKROUTE will now skip m-bags that contain lines starting
           with .EC (encrypted) to prevent corruption.

        5. There was a report that an a-bag within a b-bag would
           kill RKROUTE.  I attempted to duplicate the error, but
           could not.  If it happens again, please run RKR with
           the debug switch and send me the output.
