How to join ROCIE-Net
---------------------

1)  Find a bbs that carries ROCIE.  If you have trouble finding one,
    contact The Main Shop at (714)288-1320, Motown - L.A. BBS at
    (714)535-1319, or The Cookie Jar BBS at (714) 997-0350 for further
    information.

2)  Make arrangements with the sysop of the bbs to grant you 'net
    status' through their QWK compatible mail door.  (see policy.txt
    for details on using Postlink software).

3)  Once you are making your mail runs, send a message to ALL in the
    Administration forum, announcing your arrival, and just to say
    'hello'.  Please include the following in your 'hello' message.

    BBS Name
    Sysop Name
    BBS Phone
    BBS City

You will automaticaly be added to the node list when the
administration receives your message.  We will send you a reply
confirming the addition.  Welcome aboard!!!!
