Sysop Guidelines:
----------------

  1)      This Network encourages discussions on topics related to the history
          of Rock Music. From the early '60s up to now, we are looking forward
          to contacting people who are interested in this aspect of our culture.
   
  2)      Transfers should be made twice a week as minimum and the RN-SYSOP
          conference is mandatory and should *NOT* be displayed to your users.

  3)      QWK/REP compatible mail package or FrontEnd Mailers can be supported
          on your BBS for network mail transfers.

System Taglines

          Your netmail software will place a tagline at the bottom 
          of each message created at your BBS.  
          The "tagline" is a brief information about your BBS.

          Please have your BBS tagline for RockNet(r) in a uniform of 
          the following:

          RockNet: <your bbs name> þ <city, province/state> þ <bbs phone #>

        Note: 
        NO other information on tagline and please do not put anything 
        before the word "ROCKNET:"
        Your mail tosser might automatically appear there.


HERE IS HOW TO APPLY FOR ROCKNET:

     The Mailer HOST address is 104:106/0
     The first HOST will be 104:106/200

     In information packet there is a file called ROCKNET.APP
     Fill out the form and mail to:

      or

      Simply call IMAGINE BBS at (819) 293-4981 using the name ROCKNET APP
      and the password IMAGINE. Once on the board, simply type APPLICATION,
      complete the questionnaire and log-off. Within 24 hours, we will
      contact you to confirm your access.
