Revision 11

       Added SimTel, The Coast to Coast Repository Internet ftp and CDROM
       information. A few million more users.


Revision 10
~~~~~~~~~~~
       The SDN kit now contains info for authors/sysops/users in itself.

       The SDA is now SDN.ID. The format stays the same. There are minor
       changes that make it easier to fill out. No more categories.. I will
       take care of categories.

       Author's that make support contributions get appreciation benefits.

       Authors need only read AUTHOR.DOC

       Sysops can break out SDN-USER.DOC for posting online.

       Sysops need only read SYSOP.DOC
