SilNet Info Pack

SilNet is a net dedicated to programmers of all types, from the beginner to the
expert.  Anyone who has a problem with any programming or anything of the sort,
can leave a message in the apropriate conference.  The conferences are also 
open to discussions on new programming techniques, tricks of the trade, and
chat about new graphics demos, etc...  Even if you aren't a programmer, you
might find this net interesting.  With the ever growing population of 
programmers, this net will grow very quickly, so join now!

SilNet Rules:

1. NO FOUL LANGUAGE!  This net is public, so don't spoil it for everyone!
2. No Flaming.
3. Hubs must carry All areas, Nodes must carry Sil_Admin and at least 3/4 of
   the conferences.
4. Only one hub per city with once State hub.
5. Mail can be echoed through any means.  A FIDO Hub is currently being set up.
   State Hub must call host daily. City Hubs must call Dialy. Nodes may use
   their own judgement depending on message flow.
6. All hubs will be responsable for all others under them.
7. Taglines will be as follows:
   : SilNet:BBS NAME:LOCATION:Phone number (Space permitting)
8. Software groups can apply for addition of a technical support conference for
   their group.  A Software Group Application is enclosed for your use.
