        Why did we create ULTRANet?

        Well, when we heard that Online Systems was going to discontinue
        there old network known as City 2 City, there had to be a network
        that was ready to go right away to serve all the old City 2 Cityers.

        We have had ULTRANet in the planing for sometime now, but this is the
        FIRST time we have decided to release it to the public.. Why? because
        this was the RIGHT time. We will support our nodes, hubs and users for
        YEARS to come, and we won't just DUMP you off because we don't want
        to support our Network any longer.
