Censorship of mail at the HUB level is -NOT- permited. This includes all message. -ALL- message may NOT be killed, edited in any way shape or form at the -HUB- level. 2. Messages may be killed at the node level -only-. No messages maybe edited at the Node level. 3. All nodes and hubs MUST allow public messages in ALL UltraNet conferences. 4. Security level MUST be given for ALL Co-SysOps etc.. to be able to read the admin conference that is avalable to Sysops. 5. All users at the node\hub\World Wide Headquarters level MUST use there REAL NAMES. Alias's are only allowed in the anything goes conference. 6. All systems MUST carry all NETSYSOP, and the NETUSER conferences. 7. Any node that hasn't tranfered mail in over 15 days will be denied access and will have to RE-APLY. 8. All systems MUST provid the ULTRANet information packet as a FREE download. 9. All applications MUST go through Matthew Osborne at Biffs BBS. 10. All systems on ULTRANet must be voice AND data contactable. 11. All systems tag lines MUST include AT LEAST the following: ULTRANet info services 12. Any system that DOES NOT apply to the policies of ULTRANet may be killed without notice. 13. NO SWEARING is allowed in the any conference accept for the ANYTHING conference.
