Norwegian Language Files For PCBoard 14.5 / 15.1 / 15.2.

I made this because i couldn't find any language files for 15.2.
And because i didn't feel like 300$ for a ready made pack.

I found Norwegian files for 14.5, made by the sysop of Thunder
Ball Cave here in norway, but the PCBTEXT file wasn't complete
with 15.1/15.2 so i went trough the entire file step by step, and
changed all prompts to Norwegian. The Help files may not be totaly
up 2 date, but they should do the job. I will make a complete
up-2-date Help file pack in the future.
