- For each entry, users can enter the BBS Name, SysOp Name, Phone Number, Baud Rate, Software Type, and up to 3 lines of "extended" description information. - Database is "self-cleaning" - listings can be optionally deleted after a configurable number of days, and users can be warned a configurable number of days before the deletion to allow them to "update" their listing(s). - List can optionally be sorted by either Phone Number or BBS Name. - Colors in short list and optional Bulletin are configurable (see config file for details). - Main Menu is a display file, allowing the sysop to configure it to look like a built-in part of the board. - Before being added to the list, a user's entry is checked against the existing list, and will not be added if it's a duplicate. - Users can edit or delete an entry. ONLY entries that were posted by a particular user can be edited or deleted by that user. The SysOp, or any user with high enough security (defined in the config. file) can edit or delete ANY entry. - The list can be viewed in either short (BBS Name, Number, Baud and Software) form, which will display more than one BBS per screen in a list, or long (all info including the 3-line extended information) form, which will show one BBS at a time on the screen. - User can perform an Area Code, Software Type or Keyword Searches for one or more BBS's. - User can log off from the BBS from inside the PPE. - Optionally writes all actions to the CALLER log(s). - Optionally creates a Bulletin (Identical to the "short form" list from within the PPE). - Full command "stacking" is available on appropriate commands.
