          v2.10   When calling FScan with the "L" switch FScan will now
                  read a blank date field as an indication to quit.

                  The "-" requirement in date entries has been changed to
                  a simple MMDDYY.

                  20 allfiles lists/support files are now supported.

                  Added a minimum security option to FSCAN.CFG file.

                  Added a predisplay file when running FScan in its
                  normal mode that will be displayed just before the
                  caller is asked if they want to view new files.
                  (FSPRE)

                  Full online help added.

                  Skipped a few version #'s due to a late night goof in
                  the zip file naming convention and *numerous*
                  enhancements.

                  Many small improvments.

01.15.95  v1.20   Added an option to FSCAN.CFG file to set a users

11.09.94  v.80á   Added ability to run FScan in a stand alone mode.
                  "FSCAN.PPE S" and "FSCAN.PPE L"   Killed a problem that
                  would overwrite the NEWFILES list if 2 callers used
                  the (N) option at the same time.  Now newfiles lists
                  are appended with callers node number.

11.05.94  v.75á   Made all prompts completely SysOp configurable.  Added
                  ability to use 5 different languages.  Added a "footer"
                  display option for new files capture.
