@X0E     Your at the Comment to the System Operator screen.  Here you will be
allowed to leave a comment to one or more of the System Operators of this
online service.  If you are indoubt about which choice you should use you
should choose the default option which is highlighted for you.

     The commands which are available to you at this point are:

              @X0F @X09Ä@X0E Move cursor up one option.  If at top; scrolls to
                  the bottom choice.
              @X0F @X09Ä@X0E Move cursor down one option.  If at bottom; scrolls to
                  the top choice.
          @X0FEnter @X09Ä@X0E Selects the currently hi-lighted description.
              @X0F? @X09Ä@X0E Displays the online help (This menu).
              @X0FQ @X09Ä@X0E Quits program without leaving a comment to the SysOp.
              @X0FR @X09Ä@X0E ReDraws screen.
