Profile v2.0:

Revamped the storage as it would lose a line and not store the info
correctly thus rendering all data after this corruption useless. 
Changed from 3 lines per person to 1 line. Added new Information.

Fixed: Had a problem to where is someone had a middle initial it would use 
that as the Index letter to store there data and would not allow other users 
to view there data.

New:  Added new information
New:  Added sysop command. Can be accessed by typing "<command> SYSOP"
New:  File storage is more efficient. Will get more speed when looking the 
      Profiles up when Clark Development fixes it's "FGET" statement.
New:  Added a Profile.cfg file for Registration purposes and to Store your 
      Index files into a network directory thus allow you to run the PPE from a 
      local computer.

Fixed: Was storing more data than i was allowing to be inputer by the user.
