Since  this is  your first time using  a callback verification
        system,  this program will try to  make it as easy as possible
        for you.  The purpose of a CBV is to verify that users of this
        system are using a  valid phone number.   To do this,  the BBS
        will call you back  at whatever phone number  you happen to be
        calling  from.   If you answer  using your modem,   your phone
        number is  considered valid.   If not,  it's invalid.   Simple
        enough?
