What it does:  Converts allfix Fareas.fix to a files.RA 2.xx compatible
datafile.

What you should know:
If it breaks, it's your fault.


Commandline parameters: af2ra file1 file2 DL LS UL <bitmask>');

        file1 is your fully qualified fareas.fix file


        file2 is a RA 2.xx compatible files.ra
        DL = Downloadsec LS = list security UL = Upload security

        Bitmask is for attributes add the following
                1 : Include in new files scan
                2 : Include in upload dupe scan
                4 : Permit long descriptions
                8 : Area is on CD-ROM
                16 : All files are FREE
                32 : Allow DLs not in FDB
                64 : Allow users to password uploads
                128 : Scan uploads


Current version OVERWRITES file2
Example: af2ra fareas.idx temp.ra 10 20 30 55
