Registration is required past a 30-day evaulation period, and will remove 
the "UNREGISTERED" notice, and replace it with your name or your BBS's.  
Registration fee includes a postcard (not a notecard), and either a keychain 
depicting the city/province/state you live in (i collect em') or $5.00.
