The following upgrade instructions apply to previously installed versions of
SynOEB Only.  This upgrade is a drop in replacement you need only do 2 things.

1.  Unzip this file in your SynOEB Directory overwriting any of the files
    that exist.

2.  TAKE ALL YOUR MODEMS OFFHOOK and run SEND C.  The reason for taking all your
    nodes offline is this program will access your comports and if one of your
    modems is active it will more often than not lock up your computer.  You
    dont have to shut down the BBS just drop to dos to take the modem offhook.

This upgrade removes the NEED for telix and does the callout directly.  YOU DO
NOT NEED TO REMOVE the QWK EVENT from SCFG->NETWORKS->QWK  this is still
required to make the call out.  You will not however, need to change anything.

The SEND program supports com 1-4 baud rates to 115k and both hardware and
software handshaking.

You need to make sure DSZ.COM or DSZ.EXE is in your search path.  If you have
x:\sbbs\exec in your path than you should have no problems.
