TDISK "Test Disk"   Version 3.0   Tests floppies for 100%

    Quickly tests any  size floppy for usability.  Returns errorlevel for
    condition.  When formatting floppies  many format programs can be set
    to automatic but fall out quickly when done. In a batch file use your
    format utility and then Tdisk. Or use by itself. Provides a quick
    pass or fail.

       If all bytes are usable a box will briefly appear telling drive is
    100%, exits and returns errorlevel 0.
       If less than 100%, exits with key press, and erroelevel 2. Second
    argument may be used for time delay instead of key press. 1000=1 sec.
    2000=2 seconds etc.
