StarDate 1.0 wcCODE 4.01 program by Bryan C. Laird for Wildcat! 4 BBSs

Well, there's really nothing more to say than what's in the description
file.  Just add it to any Wildcat! 4 menu using MakeMenu the same way
you would with any other wcCODE program.

I would love to hear your comments and ideas for enhancements.
If enough sysops ask, I will see if I can implement RIP into StarDate.

The method for computing the stardate was taken from a freeware Windows
program that displays the stardate.  It is supposed to be consistant
with the method used in Star Trek: The Next Generation.
