     The source code, ".WCC", for TIC2WC is available for your
individual use.  You MAY NOT redistribute this code in any format,
either compiled or in source form.  You may make any modifications you
wish as long as is is ONLY used on your BBS system.  This will give you
the ability to recompile the code should changes in WCC.EXE and wcCode
from MSI require you to do so.

     The source and all accompanying files are copyright (c) 1994 by
PAROLE Software.  The file TESTCRC.EXE is one that I found in an old
QuickBasic archive several years ago.  The source code had been released
into the Public Domain.  The source for it is not available as I only
have the compiled copy now.
