Replacement for Wildcat's USER LOG LIST in both 100% PURE RIP and ANSI.

SETUP

1st.     Run MAKEMENU
2nd.     Select Main Menu and go down to [U]......USER LOG LIST and press
         enter. Move to COMMAND TYPE and press F2. Select RUN WcCODE PROGRAM.
         For the PARAMETER put the complete path of USERS.WCX.
