     7. Write GIF files from PCX or GIF.
     8. Write PCX files from GIF or PCX.
     9. Converts 256 colors down to a 16 color map.

  printer support and support for other cards. As of 9/1/90 I have

     Start Viewgif3:

          viewgif3            files in current directory
          viewgif3 \gif       files in directory \gif
          viewgif3 \pcx       files in directory \pcx
	  viewgif3 d:\gif     files in drive D: directory \gif
	  viewgif3 -x         card type x= type.
				type
				    0= VGA
				    1= V7
				    2= ATI
				    3= PARADISE
				    4= Tseng Lab
				    5= STB Tseng Lab 4000


     Viewgif3 will try to detect your VGA card and support that   
     card. If viewgif3 does not know your card type it will only  
     support non super VGA modes.


     Viewing a File:
          Move the highlite bar over the file to view.
               keyboard: UP Arrow, DOWN Arrow, PAGE UP, PAGE DOWN.
               mouse:    if one is found.
          Select the file.
               keyboard: press ENTER.
               mouse:    Left Button.
          Now Select the display mode.
          NOTE:     The image file size if displayed in the top of
                    the select window.
               keyboard: UP Arrow, DOWN Arrow, PAGE UP, PAGE DOWN.
               mouse:    move mouse.
               keyboard: press ENTER.
               mouse:    Left Button.
               keyboard: Esc returns to main window.
               mouse:    Right Button returns to main window.
