Thanks for choosing to evaluate the Asset Tracking System (ATS). I hope you
find this a very easy to use and straight-forward asset management program.

                    ITEM    .*     Data
                    CATAGORY.*     Data

                    NOTE:  YOU MAY DELETE THE ITEM.* AND CATAGORY.* FILES IF
                           IF WISH TO START THE PROGRAM WITH NO DATA.  THE
                           FILES WERE PROVIDED TO EASE THE LEARNING CURVE.


Installation:       1.  Create a directory called \ATS or something similar.
                    2.  Copy the 3 files into the new directory.
                    3.  Make the new directory current.
                    4.  Type ATS10 and press <ENTER>


The executable program will create some data/key files for storage and re-
trieval purposes and then display an 'about' screen.  

Pressing F1 will open the help screen...no other documentation is needed!

This is shareware and it is fully functional.  If found useful, a donation
