         02/28/91   Wayne Coskrey reported a major bug in the times
                    for totality in the local circumstances and
                    the partial limits would not plot on some
                    eclipses.   FIXED!!

                    compatible & Laserjet printers.

         01/19/91   Time display for beginning and ending times for
                    the eclipse was not in 24 hour format.  FIXED!

         01/11/91   Rob Matson reported that Local Circumstances
                    output directed to a file wasn't working correctly.
                    FIXED!!!

         01/08/91   Reported problem in Tabular Output mode.  Screen
                    would not clear properly on exit.  FIXED!!
