Bugs fixed by SmlNet version 1.F.4

Not much has changed since the last version, but there were a few bugs
that really annoyed me so I thought I would get rid of them.  This will
probably be the last release until version 2 (a complete re-write).  If
you are interested in beta testing netmail me at 1:132/174.  Please
include some info about your software/hardware setup.


  -  A window of time existed at the end of a user's allotted time such
     that if there was no keyboard activity within this window the user
     could stay logged on for an additional 24 hours.  That window is
     now closed and locked.

  -  If the user had the beep turned on, the beeper on the BBS computer
     would also sound.  This was pretty annoying... especially late at
     night.

  -  When SmlNet exits, the colors on the local monitor are set to
     grey on black rather than the user's default color.  I know I said
     this was fixed last time around, but now it is *really* fixed.

  -  When quoting the original message in a reply, if the sender had a
     one word name the "> " was not added to the quote string.

  -  Support has been added for the new .LZH packer, LHA.  In the
     configuration file, to specify LZH compression you can use the
     keywords LHARC or LHARC1 for lharc 1.x  or  LHARC2 for lha 2.x

  -  While I was in there dubbing around with the packers, I added my
     favorite archive program (for this week anyway), ARJ.  Oddly enough,
     the name you use in the .CNF file is ARJ.

  -  I had a few complaints about the status line scrolling up the screen
     when the caller was reading a message longer than 24 lines.  This
     didn't do any harm, and the caller never saw it, but it looked bad
     so I moved the status line to the top of the screen.

  -  Conference names can now be longer than 12 characters.  The maximum
     length depends on how many conferences you have (see the table below).
     The entire description is shown on the "Join a Conference" menu.  Only
     the 1st 15 characters are used everyplace else.

  -  Because of the above feature, only 80 Conferences will fit on the
     screen at a time.  The "Join a Conference" and "Edit Sequence List"
     menus have been expanded to two pages.  The second page is used for
     conference 81-120.
