Bugs fixed by SmlNet version 1.F.3

  -  When editing a message in local mode, cursor was not visible.

  -  The editor's line-wrap feature did not work correctly with some
     communications software.

  -  When SmlNet exits, the colors on the local monitor are set to
     grey on black rather than the user's default colors.

  -  The "you didn't download your extract file" warning did not work
     when an entire conference was extracted.

  -  Occasional crashes (indicated by the message "Error trying to
     format a message. Error #5" in SMLNET.ERR) dumped the user back to
     the bbs.  The fix results in a badly formatted message, but it's
     better than nothing.

  -  Seen-By lines were displayed on some messages.  This was traced
     to damaged .MSG files, but I put in a fix anyway.

  -  Cleaned up the output messages for "extract all messages in sequence
     list" option and for the new message scan.  Also reformatted
     output for the "brief message display".
