                                  WHAT IS IT?
                                  -----------

Anyone can use this software in any way they like.  Its a simple program that
changes file attributes from the command line.  A friend asked me if I knew
of one in shareware so he could change file attributes from a batch file.
I hadn't seen one in my BBS travels so here it is.

                                     USAGE
                                     -----

Its easy....
                 SETR ANYFILE.EXE R    {upper or lower case}

                      R = Read only
                      H = Hidden
                     HR = Hidden / Read Only
                      A = Archive (normal)

Thanks to Mike Woltz the author of Spitfire.  Through Mikes examples of source
code and his use of Turbo Pascal, he's turning Spitfire SysOp's into would-be
programmers.

To all the guys like Mike May, Jeff Elkins and anyone else who write utilities
and FreeWare for Spitfire and expect nothing in return, Thanks!
