TFIND.EXE v1.0

Simple utility to search text files for a given phrase or word.  I use it
for searching through large BBS file listings for certain files such as
640X480X256 GIF files.  If the search string is found it will let you know
how many times.  You will be prompted for a filename, search string and
output file name.  If you give a output filename that already exist it will
be overwritten with the new one so be careful.  To abort without searching
just hit the enter key.
