This program animates the desktop with a lot of movings stars creating
an effect similar to looking through a spaceship window.  Stars also
provides a cheapo method of launching other Windows applications.
Notepad, Command (DOS shell), WinHelp, DOS Executive and Calc are
supported.  I plan to make this list customizable in the future.

Once Stars is running clicking the left mouse button once over the empty
desktop will bring up the menu.  Operation should be self-explanatory.

I just threw this program together on a weekend so I am not certain
that it is solid.  Caveat emptor.  On slower machines Stars may appear
to be a little "jumpy".  This is because Stars tries to conserve
resources and runs only when the CPU appears to be free.

One thing I haven't been able to figure out is how to replace the background
pattern for icons.  If you know how I can correct this please let me know.
