Here is a slick way to change the ICON's in Windows 3 1. Highlite the ICON you want to change in Program Manager 2. Then click on FILE 3. When the File Menu extends click on PROPERTIES 4. Click on CHANGE ICON 5. Then when the Select Icon box comes up clicK on FILE NAME enter any of the Windows 3 .exe files or for some interesting Icons download use W3ICONS.DLL included as a seperate file. Note: ***Copy W3ICONS.DLL to the Windows Directory*** 6. Click on VIEW NEXT until you see the Icon that you want to use 7. Click on OK which brings you back to the Program Item Properties box 8. Click on OK and watch as the ICON changes to what you selected NOTE: The following Windows 3 executable files have multiple Icons in them: PROGMAN.EXE WINFILE.EXE CONTROL.EXE SETUP.EXE The following Files have one Icon only (The one that shows when installed) CARDFILE.EXE CLIPBRD.EXE CLOCK.EXE CALC.EXE MSDOS.EXE NOTEPAD.EXE PBRUSH.EXE PIFEDIT.EXE PRINTMAN.EXE RECORDER.EXE SOL.EXE TERMINAL.EXE WINHELP.EXE WINVER.EXE WRITE.EXE
