Differences between Demonstration version and retail version of WinJack: 1) Only ONE variation of Black Jack may be played. It is: a) Dealer must hit on ALL 16's or less b) Dealer does NOT expose the hole card before it is the Dealer's turn to play his hand. c) The Player may Double Down, Split, and Surrender with the restriction that Split Aces recieve only 1 additional card and the Player must Stand on the resulting 2-card hand. d) All bets are even money bets with the exception of Surrender and Player black jacks. Surrendering the Player loses 1/2 of the original bet. On black jack the Player wins 2 times the original bet. e) Insurance is 1/2 of the original bet and pays 2 to 1. f) The player may play no more than 10 hands per round of play due to the splitting of cards. g) If the Player has a black jack and the Dealer has an insurable black jack (Ace as up card), the Player will losse the original bet, not push. The Insurance bet is considered separately and thus may or may not win. 2) The Player may only make $5 bets. 3) The Value and Initial distrubution of chips may not be changed. The Chip Values are $0.50,$1,$2,$5,$10,$25,$100 and there are initial 60 $5 chips for a total of $300. 4) The card counting statistic is generated with the following rank values: A,10,Face cards -2 2 - 5 2 6 - 8 1 9 -1 and is the sum of the rank values of each of the cards that have been exposed to the Player. 5) With the retail version any combination of these restrictions may be altered.
