          As with all of my software I make a great effort to design
          a package that serves a purpose and does not require a four
          year degree to use. All of my programs are programs I needed
          and could not find. I tried several database programs, but
          none of them had every thing I needed or were simple and
          quick to use.
          2nd Rate Diskbase is user friendly database designed to
          organize your software collection. I currently have 14 boxes
          of software. Every time I need something I don't use often I
          had to search and search. Diskbase ended my problem.....

          The most important thing to remember is, you MUST select a
          CURRENT FILE before you add any entries to a database. This
          is done by entering 2 at the MAIN MENU. A current list of the
          Data Storage Files will appear at the left side of the screen,
          Enter the desired file and press enter. The computer returns
          to the Main Menu. Notice, the window in the lower left corner
          indicates your selection. Now you can add entries, print a
          catalog, search a file, delete an entry, etc. all of these
          functions are comfined to the selected file.

          If you wish to create a new file such as CAD or DESKTOP simply
          enter 1 at the Main Menu. A similar screen pops up. Again the
          list of the current files will be displayed on the left side
          of the screen, enter your choice at the right side. Remember
          DOS limits file names to 8 characters max. After you enter
          the file name the computer will return to the Main Menu,
          notice the current file is your newly created file.

          The rest of the functions are so easy to use they don't need
