To use FastFormat direclty from your Lotus program, follow 
these instructions for installation.

1. Insert your FastFormat disk into your A: drive.

2. At the DOS prompt type A: and ENTER

3. From the A: prompt, type INSTALL C: and the location of your
   Lotus spreadsheets & ENTER.

If you store your spreadsheets in another location, 
replace the C: with that complete path.

EXAMPLE:   A:INSTALL C:\123R3

To use FastFormat after installation:

4.  Load your Lotus 1-2-3 program as normal.

5.  Load the file called LOADIT.WK3
       (/FR (/File Retrieve) LOADIT.WK3)

The Command Line will look similar to this:

       C:\123R3\LOADIT.WK3

Depress the ALT key and the M key.

You will now see the new menu in the Control Panel.
Use it as any other Lotus menu system.

To use FastFormat from your A: drive

1.  Load your Lotus 1-2-3 program as normal.

2.  Insert the FastFormat diskette into Drive A.

3.  Type /FR(/ File Retrieve) A:LOADIT.WK3.

4.  Depress the ALT key and the M key.

You will now see the new menu in the control Panel.  
Use it as any other Lotus menu system.

               THE MENU ITEMS

10-Key(D)       Hit ENTER after each number and the cursor jumps
                to the next cell down, ready for your next number.

10-Key(R)       Same as above, but moves the cursor to the right.

Today           Enters today's date formated as 12-Jan-93.

Date            You choose the date format from a menu for dates
                entered in a column down.  Dates must be entered
                in the form of 010292 (6 numbers). 10-Key input for dates.

                Hit ENTER an extra time to end the routine.

DateForm        From a menu, select or change the date format for a
                range of dates.

Months          Enters the months of the year in columns across in the 
                form of JAN FEB MAR....

ColSet          Automatically sets a range of column widths.

Quit            Ends the FasFormat menu.

Save your spreadsheet as normal, using a unique name.

WARNING:  Saving your newly created spreadsheet as LOADIT.WK3 will
          erase your LOADIT.WK3 program -- be sure to use a new name.

To load FastFormat with an already created spreadsheet, proceed as
follows:

Repeat steps 4 through 6 above.

7.  Load your spreadsheet. (/FR C:YOURWORK.WK3)

8.  Depress the ALT key and the M key to display the menu.

9.  Save as usual.
