1.0  Command Line Arguments

1.1  Black & White Monitors.  Type:

     SAM -b

to start the program if you have a black & white monitor attached to a 
graphics display adapter.  Otherwise the program displays in color.

1.2  Turning Off the Mouse.  If your system has a Microsoft compatible 
mouse, but you don't want to see the mouse cursor, type:

     SAM -m

to start the program.
