A single press of an arrow key starts the character in that direction. A second press of the same key will stop him. Function keys have the following uses: F1 - Short Help Screen F2 - Character inventory (also the TAB key) F3 - Game save F4 - Game restart F5 - Game restore F9 - Speed control (speed 3 recommended for slower XT's) F10 - Quit game (also the ESC key) Dialog input is activated automatically when a letter key is pressed. Dialog is handled in the form of short phrases as follows: LOOK AROUND LOOK AT/IN GET PICK UP TAKE OPEN CLIMB UP/DOWN USE SAY GO TO LEFT/RIGHT SIDE GO TO FRONT/BACK TALK TO Game saves should be done often.
