   I have used alot of the screen rotaters for my BBS, but none seemed to 
 be quite what I had in mind. Some would only rotate a couple of screens,
 some were so crippled they weren't worth installing and some you had to
 have an equal amount of WELCOME/GOODBYE screens(just what I need, 15 
 GOODBYE screens). I liked the idea of having my board look different 
 every time someone called and it also gave me a chance to use all the 
 screens I had spent so many hours making.
   Well my co-sysop and I got together with Shane Downs and pretty much
 gave him the whys and wherefores of what we wanted to do and presto.
 SWPSCRN was created. After a couple of "BETA" versions, the end result
 is now on your Hard Drive. This is the first of many more affordable
 SF utilities.

   Installing SWPSCRN is very simple. Just put it in your "diplay" 
 directory. For example purposes, we'll use C:\SF\DISPLAY. I run my 
 version in my SFINIT.BAT, but it can also be run as an event. To run
 SWPSCRN in your SFINIT.BAT, follow the example listed below.

 (1) SWPSCRN       Executing SWPSCRN.EXE
 
 (2) WELCOME1.CLR
     WELCOME1.BBS  Name of File after being "SWAPPED"
     WELCOME1.RIP

 (3) OPENCLR       Name of file to be "SWAPPED". To swap multiple .CLR files,
     OPENBBS       you would make as many WELCOME1.CLR screens as you wanted 
     OPENRIP       but would name them OPENCLR.1, OPENCLR.2, OPENCLR.3 etc.
                   The same for .BBS and .RIP. OPENBBS.1 or OPENRIP.1
                   Do not add the file ext(.1,.2,.3) in the command line,
                   just the source file name OPENCLR, OPENBBS, OPENRIP.

 (4) 1             Beginning file extension to swap. In other words, if you
                   have 20 welcome screens, OPENCLR.1...OPENCLR.20, you 
                   would place the number of the first screen to be swapped.
                   In this example it would be 1 (openclr.1).
 
 (5) 20            Ending file extension to swap. In other words, if you
                   have 20 welcome screens, OPENCLR.1...OPENCLR.20, you 
                   would place the number of the last screen to be swapped.
                   In this example it would be 20 (openclr.20) 
                   
   That's all there is to it. Remember that in order to swap all 3 of 
  your welcome screens, .CLR, .BBS and .RIP, YOU MUST run the command line
  of SWPSCRN 3 times in your SFINIT.BAT. (See example SFINIT.BAT above)

  THIS PROGRAM IS NOT CRIPPLED IN ANY WAY !
  THIS IS A FULL VERSION. THE REGISTERED VERSION WILL REMOVE
  THE SHAREWARE SCREENS AND CONSIQUENTLY RUN A LITTLE FASTER
  THE ONLY LIMITATIONS IN THIS RELEASE< ARE THE ONES PLACED 
  ON IT BY "DOS", SO CONSIQUENTLY, YOU CAN ONLY SWAP FROM
  999 DIFFERENT FILES. (DARN)
