  16.8  : V.fast/USRobotics/28.8 asymetrical modem
  PEP   : TeleBit PEP 9600 series
  H96   : Hayes V9600 series
  CSP   : CompuCom 9600 series (now discontinued from production)
  MAX   : MicroCom AX/9600 series (now discontinued from production)
  9600+ : Unknown at this time what type of high speed modem the BBS uses
