UTIIMPRT.EXE þ Bug found in Import code that was causing SysOp Real Name
               to never be used for Mail addressing.  RTUTI Now corrects
               this problem by using the SysOp Real Name Keyword.


UTIIMPRT.EXE þ Several occurances of RBBS_UTI were replaced with RTUTI
               for the purpose of continuity.
