I have been VERY disapointed in the lack of registrations
I have received for SMILEY (2 so far).  I worked hard to provide
a piece of software that was badly needed, yet did not exist.
If you read HISTORY.TXT you can see that I had alot more plans
for SMILEY, but with the few registrations I received, I see no
need to continue the project.  I've learned my lesson, from now
on all my shareware products will be crippled.
