  The following rules must be observed by all users of WCLawNet message
  conferences. 

  1) Use Proper & Decent Language

     The use of profane language is strictly prohibited.

  2) Respect Fellow Users

     Do not abuse or harass other users by sending abusive or insulting
     messages. "Flaming" is NOT allowed.
  
  3) Use Your Real Name

     Users are required to use their legal name.

  4) No Adult Rated Uploads
     
     Users are requested to not upload any Adult Rated, X-Rated, etc.
     text or .GIF or other format files.

  Please make a sincere effort to adopt the following guidelines as your own.

  1) No CAPS LOCK

     Do not enter messages that are entirely in upper case characters.
     This is considered impolite and is difficult to read.  Upper Case
     letters are used for EMPHASIS much like underlining or highlighting
     would be in a paper medium.

  2) Use Conferences Wisely

     Post messages in the most appropriate conference.
