        To download a file, first you must "mark" the files that you
        wish to download. When you have chosen the files go to the
        files menu and choose the "Download Files" button. This will
        bring up a "queue" of the files you will be downloading and
        the estimated time it will take. From here, you may edit the
        files you wish to download. Clicking on "Download" will begin
        your files transfer.

        In some cases you may receive a note informing you of the Sys-
        tem Files Ratio or the System Kilobyte Ratio. This means that
        you must "Upload' a set number of files and/or Kilobytes in
        trade for the files you have/will download(ed). For more in-
        formation on File/Kilo Ratio's please leave a comment to the
        SysOp or download ACCESS.ZIP
