        To search for "New Files" since the last time you were on
        the system or from any other date go to the "Files" menu
        and select the "New Files" icon. The system will prompt
        you for a date. The default date is the date you were last
        on the system. If this is your first call, the date will
        default to 1980. When you have entered the chosen date
        click on the "done" button and the system will show you
        all the files that have been added since the selected date.
